Interrogate Prapor

The chapter pivot. Earlier steps chased the Bogatyr squad's trail — outpost loot, Voevoda's photo, the cultist mark. Confronting Prapor with the Note mentioning Prapor reveals he was tied to the squad's disappearance, and from here Batya turns into a Lightkeeper-flavored investigation rather than an exploration arc. The dialogue itself has no choice — there's no "good cop / bad cop" branching that affects Savior — but the note must be in stash when you click. No items are consumed; the note stays in your stash for any later reference.
