Learn more about the hooded men (trigger note)

This is the chapter trigger — "They Are Already Here" is the Cultist storyline, the dark, occult side of Tarkov. The Eye of the World note tells you that hooded men have been leaving symbols and shrines around the region. You only need to read ONE of the spawns, not all six. The easiest pick for new players is Customs: marked room at 3-story dorms — you'll already be in the dorms for Witness, and the marked room is upstairs (requires a marked-room key, which is moderately expensive on the flea but reusable). Reserve RB-BK / RB-VO / RB-PKPM are alternatives if you have those keys; the Shoreline island house is the easiest pick for anyone who's already running Falling Skies.

Customs marked-room is the cheapest entry. Marked rooms have rare loot tables and are PvP hotspots; bring a kit and clear the room before lingering. After this read, the chapter formally opens and the next 11 steps unfold across 5 maps.
