Final step. Hand the Flash drive for ARRS station to Mechanic on the trader screen, then open your Handbook (M key by default) and read the ARRS system specifications entry that auto-adds. The Handbook entry is the actual quest tick — handing the drive alone doesn't complete the chapter, you must also open and read the entry.

Why this matters: ARRS system specifications is Major #7 of 8 for Mr. Kerman in The Ticket. Unlike most Majors which are physical items, this one lives in your Handbook — there's nothing to stash, but also nothing to accidentally sell. Just don't hand-trade or blueprint-share it to Mechanic in any later optional dialogue. After this, They Are Already Here is complete and you've banked Major #7 — only one Major left to grind for Savior.
