Locate the fallen plane
The downed plane is on the eastern side of Woods. Walk over to it to mark it found.

This is the chapter trigger — Mechanic mentions a downed plane during Tour, and your job here is to physically lay eyes on the wreck so the chapter formally opens. The plane is in the eastern Woods area; just walk up to it. You don't need to loot anything yet — that comes later (steps 4 + 7 send you back here for the flight recorder and the armored case). Woods is a sniper-friendly map with long sightlines, so bring something with optics if you have one, or a Scav kit for a free recon run. Run-throughs count, so a fast 7-minute extract is fine. While you're here, scout the path to the plane wreck and the cockpit — you'll be back twice more.
This chapter is the first big Savior-route chapter and gates a lot of trader rep. It also introduces you to the cross-map quest pattern (Woods → Shoreline → Trader → Woods) you'll see throughout the route.
