Escape Ground Zero

Welcome to Tarkov — Tour is the opening chapter and gates every other map and most traders. This first step is just the tutorial raid: spawn into Ground Zero, walk to the Klimov Street extract behind the Skyside business center, and leave. You can ignore the on-screen control hints if you've played shooters before; the layout is forgiving and Scavs are easy. Don't bother looting heavily — there's nothing on Ground Zero you'll miss out on by extracting fast.

After this, every Tour step unlocks a new trader and a new map: Therapist (Streets), Ragman (Customs), Skier (Factory), Mechanic (Woods), Prapor (Shoreline), Peacekeeper (then Reserve), and finally The Lab via Mechanic. Tour is the prerequisite for Falling Skies, Blue Fire, Witness, and the entire Savior route. Treat it as your homework — finish it before anything else.
