Skier — survive Customs + 5 building materials

Skier is the firearms/military-gear trader (unlocked by Ragman's step). Talk to him, survive or run-through Customs, and hand over any 5 FIR building materials or tools. Found-In-Raid required — hammers, pliers, screws, bolts, nuts, screwdrivers, wrenches, all qualify. Customs is full of tool spawns: the construction site, the dorm rooms, the mechanic workshops near the gas station. Partial handover doesn't work — collect all 5 first, then turn them in together.

Bring an MBSS or paca + a small backpack so you can prioritise tools over loot. Customs has aggressive PMC traffic — the dorms are kill-on-sight territory. Run a Scav for the items if you don't trust your aim. Unlocks Mechanic + Factory.
