Trigger near the vandalized car at the Customs dorms

This is the chapter trigger — Skier's contact Kozlov was murdered, and walking near his vandalized sedan flags you as someone who saw it. The car is the paint-sprayed sedan in the parking lot between the two-story and three-story dorms, with a threatening message left on the body. You don't need any quest items for this step — just walk past it once. Customs is one of the highest-traffic PMC maps in the game; if you're new, run this on a Scav (free spawn, free gear, no risk to your stash) to scout the route, or take a kit you can afford to lose. While you're on Customs anyway, the next two steps (Kozlov's door note + room 110) also live in the dorms — plan to do steps 1 and 2 in the same trip.

Why it matters: Accidental Witness ends with you stashing the Audio tape with incriminating evidence — that's 1 of 8 major TerraGroup evidences Mr. Kerman wants from you in The Ticket. Every Savior major you skip means a dead end later.
