Report back to Skier, then talk to Ragman

Two trader dialogues, no raid. The documents you pulled from Zmeisky 8 mention a woman named Anastasia — Skier doesn't know her, so he punts you to Ragman, who handles textiles/fashion in Tarkov and has a finger on the pulse of who's renting where. Ragman gives you the rough address (right of Chek 13 on Streets). If Ragman's dialogue option doesn't appear, scroll his quest list — sometimes it's hidden behind unrelated dialogue trees. After this step you'll head back to Streets, so plan to roll Anastasia's building + Pasha's bike + any other Streets/Customs business in your next 1-2 raids.
