Talk to Skier — find Reshala's stash
Skier sends you to find Reshala's stash outside the crackhouse on Customs. Need Reshala's bunkhouse key (random container/scav loot, or random drop from Reshala himself).

If you find Reshala's bunkhouse key on a Scav run, extract with it — you can't use Scav-found keys until you bring them out and they hit your stash.
Skier's lead now points at Reshala, the Customs Scav boss — apparently Kozlov stashed something at Reshala's hideout near the crackhouse. The Reshala's bunkhouse key is the gating item: it drops as random loot from Scav containers, occasionally from Reshala himself when you kill him, or you can flea-buy it (price varies week to week — check before you commit to a key-grind raid). Killing Reshala is NOT required for the key; the key is just gated behind RNG. New players: don't try to fight Reshala with starter gear — his guards run M4s with penetrating ammo and they push hard.
If you're patient, run Customs Scav raids back-to-back; container loot rolls are independent of your PMC stash and Scav cooldowns are short.
