Items must be Found-In-Raid (FIR). Buying them off the flea market voids the FIR status — don't waste Roubles.
This is a FIR-loot grind — every item must be marked Found-In-Raid (the small ✓ icon). 3 Rechargeable batteries, 5 Printed circuit boards, 2 Toolsets. PCBs are common everywhere — file cabinets, drawers, electronics on Interchange and Streets. Toolsets spawn in toolboxes/workbenches; Customs and Reserve have plenty. Rechargeable batteries are the rarest of the three — check Interchange's electronics stores (Tehnik, Goshan), Streets workshops, and any orange toolbox spawn. You can't flea-buy these into FIR — you must loot them yourself.
While you're farming, this step pairs naturally with running other quests: Customs/Streets/Reserve all reward this farm. After handing in, wait the 3-5 hour real-time cooldown, then click Prapor again for next dialogue.
