Lighthouse chalet + Woods cultists' house

Three separate pickups across two raids.

• Lighthouse — chalet balcony: victim's note. Head to the blue chalet on the rocky coast and walk out onto the balcony.
• Lighthouse — ATV outside the chalet's garage: Station 14-4 KORD damaged keycard sits on the seat of the ATV parked in front of the garage opposite the chalet. Bank this keycard — step 9 uses it as the input for the Arshavin pass craft.
• Woods — marked cultist house: dilapidated village in the north of Woods. Newspaper is on the whiteboard inside.

No keys required for any of the three. Lighthouse Rogues will shred you if you push toward the water-treatment plant; the chalet is far enough south to stay safe. Woods is sniper alley — keep to the trees. Both detours are short raids.
