Streets of Tarkov, behind Klimov shopping mall. Find the old apartment building (the residential block behind Klimov, not Chek 13), go to apartment 5 on the 3rd floor. Use the Cult victim's apartment key from the previous step. Inside, you'll need to breach the office door — that means you need a melee/door-breach action; simply opening doesn't work. Then collect: Book of the Arrival (bookshelf), Note on preparations for the Arrival (desk), Cult victim audio tape #1 (desk).
Bring a kit. Klimov is a sniper alley and PMCs hold long sightlines from the eastern rooftops. Do this raid in the same Streets trip as the items in the batch hint below — you're already up there, might as well clear them.
