Ask Mechanic about Eye of the World

Pure trader screen — open Mechanic's tab and exhaust the Eye of the World dialogue. Mechanic, the resident TerraGroup-skeptic, has thoughts about the Cultists too: he's skeptical the cult is purely religious and suspects TerraGroup is behind some of it (foreshadowing the ARRS chain you'll do later in this chapter). After this dialogue, the next step (Cultist priest kill) opens. If the dialogue option doesn't appear, double-check that steps 1-3 are turned in — the dialogue is gated behind reading the apartment items.
