NGO Cobalt facility — first raid

This is a multi-step sequence inside one raid — don't lose focus. Queue Interchange. Head to the Power Station (north of the mall, behind the buildings). Find the basement entrance; use your Station 14-4 KORD Arshavin K. pass (Restored) on the keycard panel to open the door. Inside Station 14-4 KORD, do these in order: (1) pull the lever to power on, (2) walk to the server room and turn on the cooling system, (3) plant the flash drive at the stashing location, (4) open the safe and grab the Mysterious audio tape, (5) extract from Interchange.

Bring a kit. Interchange Power Station is moderately contested but not a meat-grinder; PMC traffic is concentrated inside the mall. The Arshavin pass and flash drive are both consumed on use, so you only get one shot per raid — read the order twice before clicking anything inside the facility.
