Full Eye of the World → ARRS chain · Major #7

  1. Step 1

    Learn more about the hooded men (trigger note)

    Pick up Note about the Eye of the World from one of six spawns. You only need ONE.

  2. Step 2

    Locate a place connected to the Eye of the World — torture house

    Lighthouse, Cultist's torture house. Grab tape + apartment key in the same trip. Key has 4 possible spawns.

  3. Step 3

    Investigate victim's apartment — Streets

    Old apartment building behind Klimov shopping mall. Apartment 5, 3F. Breach the office door.

  4. Step 4

    Ask Mechanic about Eye of the World

    Trader dialogue.

  5. Step 5

    Kill a Cultist priest

    Cultist priests spawn at night (22:00–07:00 in-game) on Customs, Shoreline, Woods, or Streets. ~25% spawn chance per night raid.

  6. Step 6

    Eye of the World notes

    Cultist priest's note in a marked room — five candidate spawns across Customs / Streets / Reserve. One pickup clears the objective.

  7. Step 7

    Lighthouse chalet + Woods cultists' house

    Three discrete pickups across two raids: two on Lighthouse (chalet balcony note + ATV keycard outside the chalet's garage), one on Woods (marked cultist house newspaper).

  8. Step 8

    Sordi communications tower — Shoreline

    Radio tower near the Road to Customs extract.

  9. Step 9

    Learn about Station 14-4 KORD + craft Arshavin pass

    Trader dialogue → Int Center L1 craft.

  10. Step 10

    NGO Cobalt facility — first raid

    Interchange. Open the door, run the sequence, extract.

  11. Step 11

    ARRS second raid — read notes + PRESS BACKUP BUTTON

    Return to the station. Read the mechanic's notes first, power on, then press the backup button BEFORE touching the flash drive.

  12. Step 12

    Hand flash drive to Mechanic → ARRS specs
