Confirms the Fuel catalyst test report is in stash for the Ticket evidence dump later. This is the SAME report read in step 6 to advance The Unheard's quest dialogue — once read, the item stays in inventory and can be banked. If the report isn't in stash (e.g. handed in or lost on death), re-loot from Factory's TerraGroup storage room.

STASH the Fuel catalyst test report — Major #6 feeds the Ticket evidence dump. Do NOT hand it to Mechanic.
This step is a stash check, not a new raid. The Fuel catalyst test report you read in step 6 to advance the quest is the same physical item as Major #6 for the Ticket evidence loop — once read, it stays in your inventory. Tick this step once you've extracted with it stashed.
If the report somehow left the stash (handed to Mechanic, lost on death without insurance, etc.), the re-loot subtasks point at Factory's TerraGroup storage room — same key, same two spawns. Most players never trigger the re-loot path; The Unheard's main story line completes regardless of this stash check.
