Retrieve hard drive data + read transcript

Pure follow-up step — no raid required. Once Rzhevsky's belongings have been extracted (previous step), the hard drive data and transcript both resolve from the trader / Hideout side. Tick the subtasks in order, talk to Mechanic if he prompts, and the chapter advances.

Why this matters: it's the narrative pivot from Rzhevsky-the-missing-person to A.P.-the-Lab-handler, and it gates the next Lab pickup batch. If a subtask refuses to advance, the most common cause is that the previous step's belongings hand-in dialogue wasn't completed — re-check Mechanic's quest screen before assuming a bug.
