Locate the Unknown device fragment
Two known spawns on Streets of Tarkov. Both keys are flea-buyable; killing Kaban almost guarantees the Car dealership closed section key drop.

Marked rooms have a cooldown timer per server — if someone hit Chek 13 marked just before you, the loot tables are reduced. The fragment itself still spawns; just note that this is why other players are camping the room.
Either spawn works — pick whichever key you can get cheaper. Chek 13 is the central concrete tower on Streets, and the marked room is one of the most contested rooms in the game (PMCs farm it for marked-room loot). The Mysterious room marked key is flea-buyable but pricey; bring it in your secure container so a death doesn't lose it. LexOS is the car dealership area on Streets — the Car dealership closed section key is also flea-buyable and Kaban (the Streets Scav boss) drops it at high rates if you kill him. New players: don't fight Kaban — his guards are armoured and aggressive. Just buy the key.
Bring penetrating ammo (M855A1 / 7N40 tier). Streets PMCs run real plates; flesh ammo bounces. The fragment must be Found-In-Raid if your version of the chapter requires FIR — confirm in the quest log before extracting the wrong way.
