Locate the Rus Post car
Out the front of the Post Office, on the main road. Use the Rus Post car key on the back of the van for the final item. Static spawn for the key under one of the rear wheels of the van; otherwise drawer loot or flea.

The Rus Post van is parked on the main road right in front of the Post Office. The Rus Post car key has a static spawn under one of the rear wheels of the van itself — crouch and look at the ground. If it's not there (rare RNG), check drawers inside the Post Office or buy it on the flea. Once you have the key, use it on the back of the van to open the cargo door and grab the final item. This step is short and pairs perfectly with step 8 (the three tapes) — do them in one raid, save yourself a queue.
If the key isn't already in stash, a Scav run before the PMC raid is a reliable source — Scav drawer-loot commonly yields it. New players: don't bother fighting for control of the area — wait for the chaos to settle, then move in quietly.
