Bitcoin must NOT be Found-In-Raid — the hand-in dialogue rejects FIR-tagged BTC. Buy off flea or pull from your Bitcoin Farm output, both are non-FIR by default. Elektronik's key cannot be flea-purchased; you must do the Bitcoin trade.
Mechanic puts you in touch with Elektronik, a black-market hardware fence. He wants 40 Physical Bitcoin in one drop — start farming or hoarding now. BTC comes from Bitcoin Farm, Killa, marked rooms, Lab loot, or simply buying off the flea. After you hand them over, wait 12–24 real-world hours for Mechanic to mail you Elektronik's key.
Klimova 14A sits on Streets of Tarkov, right next to the Lab transit — perfect for chaining with a Lab run. You want Apartment 2, ground floor on the right. The RFID keycard encryption device is on the floor under the coffee table in the living room. Bring a quiet kit, this building is a known hotspot. While you're here, pop into A.P.'s apartment with the Reprogrammed keycard for A.P.'s apartment lock (Green) if you still need Unheard pickups.
Same Streets raid: Klimova 14A (this) + A.P.'s apartment (Unheard) + nearby evidence pickups (Cardinal bedroom safe for Ms. A. transcript if you have a Black card spare).
