Ask traders how to leave Tarkov + military flash drive

Declining Kerman's prompt at ≤2 majors locks the Debtor route. The game then reroutes through Lightkeeper, who compiles whatever partial evidence was collected into a single military flash drive at the Intelligence Center. The compile is a hideout craft; queue it and walk away.

While that runs, ask the rest of the traders about leaving for flavor dialogue. Hand the finished flash drive to Lightkeeper on Lighthouse — his transmitter must still be off and rep with him must be positive, otherwise the dialogue won't trigger. Lightkeeper takes the drive and assigns the next phase: a topographic intel sweep and a kill quota.
