Walk near the paint-sprayed sedan next to the three-story dorms on Customs to start the chapter.
Two-story dorms, room 110. Read the note on the wall next to the door, then unlock 110 and pick up the note on the table on the left-hand side of the room.
Hand-in extract; he tasks you with accessing his accomplice's apartment.
Streets of Tarkov, Zmeisky Alley building 3, apartment 7 (first floor). Documents spawn around the apartment: dresser, on the armchair, under the TV, in the kitchen, on the wall, and on the windowsill.

Streets of Tarkov, one door to the right of the Chek 13 entrance. Enter the stairwell, inspect the apartment door, head back down and check the mailbox near the entrance for a letter and newspaper.
Behind the second-story dorms on Customs, next to a rock with blood splattered over it. Pick up the opened letter left by the bike.
Skier sends you to find Reshala's stash outside the crackhouse on Customs. Need Reshala's bunkhouse key (random container/scav loot, or random drop from Reshala himself).
Inside Reshala's hideout, find all three items.
Shoreline village in House. Find Kozlov's hideout, then exit the building and turn right — inside the planters, there is a shovel with a tape below it. Pick up the tape and play it to complete the chapter.
