Rogues on the WTP perimeter walls have long sightlines into the warehouse zone. Approach from the north and avoid crossing the open road from the south.

The shipping docs sit in a warehouse near Lighthouse's railway — wiki specifies it's the warehouse north of the Water Treatment Plant (the WTP being the famous Rogue-occupied building network in the south of the map). Rogues: Lighthouse Rogues are active in this area — Rogues on the WTP perimeter walls have long sightlines into the rail/warehouse zone. Approach from the north (Village or Shipping container) rather than crossing the open road from the south. After pickup: Extract via Northern Lights, Old Road Gate, or any reachable northern extract — avoid the WTP if you can.
