Hangover — return to BTR Driver, unlock direct Icebreaker access
Return to BTR Driver and ask about negotiations with the smugglers. Per the wiki, completing this quest unlocks Icebreaker in the location selection screen — no more Shoreline transit required for future runs.

The final Boreas-chapter beat. Trader dialog only — no raid required. What unlocks: Per the wiki, Icebreaker becomes selectable from the location selection screen, bypassing the Shoreline hovercraft transit + 400k₽ fee. Future Icebreaker runs are direct. Reward (wiki-confirmed): +60,000 EXP + direct Icebreaker map-select access. Chapter complete. After this, you have permanent access to Icebreaker for loot runs, boss hunts (The Wedge — Black Division Commander), and the Goons if they roll on the map. Reference subtasks below cover the post-chapter loot/boss targets so you have them on the same page when you start loot-running.
