Complete Fence's assignment chain
Fence chains a series of post-Alpha-1 tasks. Maintain standing > 4.0 throughout (you should already be there from the day-1 grind).

Drop Fence below 4.0 mid-chain and you'll have to re-grind before he'll release the flash drive. Stay off PMC-on-Scav kills until the keycard is in your stash.
Once Fence has reached out, his quest list shows the post-Alpha-1 chain. Run each task as it appears — most are short, trader-screen-style hand-ins or short raids. The two co-op extracts (Friendship Bridge on Woods, Scav Lands on Reserve) are part of this chain too — if you knocked them out during the day-1 grind, they tick automatically here.
When the chain shows complete, talk to Fence and tell him you're done. He starts preparing the flash drive (next step). The wait for it to arrive in your messenger is up to 48 in-game hours, so do something else while it processes.
