Armory + Black Division keycard + admin loading zone
Three wiki objectives in this step: locate the armory (find the key, retrieve Alpha-1 + equipment), get the Black Division keycard from the seaport terminal, and use that keycard at the admin building to access the loading zone.

Warning
Per the wiki: BD soldiers ambush the armory building from the southwest as you exit to the west — fighting them is required to continue. Per the wiki Notes: if you die in Terminal carrying Alpha-1, a new one is mailed back via in-game messenger.
Tip
Three wiki objectives in execution order:
- Locate the armory with your confiscated equipment — find the Armory key on the way, retrieve Alpha-1 (Savior) + your confiscated equipment.
- Obtain the keycard to unlock the service passage — Black Division keycard from the MS seaport building, west of the armory.
- Access the Terminal loading zone — swipe the BD keycard at the admin building scanner.
