Hand in evidence — and the Point-of-No-Return for Savior vs Debtor

Hand in all 8 majors via Mr. Kerman's laptop. The Savior/Debtor split is NOT decided during the hand-ins — it fires at the POINT OF NO RETURN Yes/No popup that appears AFTER all 8 majors + a scripted negotiate phase. YES = Savior · NO = Debtor.

Warning

The "not enough" line after 8/8 is scripted — Kerman says it whether you've handed in 2 or 8. It's NOT a hint that you missed something. The real commit is the IMPORTANT CHOICE / POINT OF NO RETURN popup that fires after the negotiate dialogue. Pick YES at THAT screen for Savior. The 48h wait afterward is real-world hours — go play other quests while you wait.

Tip

The actual hand-in flow (verified in-game 2026-05-07):

1. Order doesn't matter. Kerman has TWO separate dialogue streams on his laptop — "I found some big evidence" (majors) and "I've found some information... interesting" (minors). They're independent. Turn in minors first if you want the minor-evidence achievement out of the way cleanly, then majors. Or majors first. Either order works; neither closes the other.

2. The hand-ins themselves are NOT the commit. No prompt fires while you're handing in. Just plain dialogue picks per evidence. The list shrinks as you go. When only "That's it for now" remains, you're at 8/8.

3. Two new objectives appear at 8/8: Confirm with Mr. Kerman + Negotiate with Mr. Kerman. This is the Negotiate phase — purely scripted, doesn't actually evaluate your evidence.

4. Confirm dialogue: pick "I found the evidence of TerraGroup's misdeeds. Will this be enough?" Kerman responds "The pieces you have are not enough... I need more." This line is scripted — it fires regardless of whether you've handed in 8/8 or 2/8. Don't panic.

5. Push past the negotiation: the next options are flavor ("I can't find the rest" or "It's taking too long") — both proceed. Kerman pushes back. Pick the recovery option ("Okay, I'll search more" or similar).

6. POINT OF NO RETURN popup. A full-screen IMPORTANT CHOICE dialog with two faction images and the question "Keep searching for TerraGroup evidence for Mr. Kerman?" appears with YES/NO buttons. This is the actual Savior/Debtor commit. YES = Savior (Kerman keeps helping → Alpha-1 case path). NO = Debtor (Kerman cuts you off → Lightkeeper amulet chain).

7. After YES: Kerman acknowledges the work, asks about reward. Pick "Let's talk reward then." Then wait ~48 real-world hours for the Alpha-1 secure container with TerraGroup evidence to arrive in your in-game messenger.

Irreversible decision

This is a permanent commit. After you click, the other branchcloses for this run — you can’t undo it in-game. Paths that close if you pick the wrong row: savior · debtor.
