Metal gate breach + pier door + ZUBR boat extract
Per the wiki: get through the metal gate blocking your path (SZ-1 explosive charge OR Elite-level Strength solo OR push it open with another player), then reach the pier door. Use the Pier door key. Opening the door starts a 3-minute timer for ALL players in the raid to reach the ZUBR boat extraction; whichever ending matches your access item triggers when you extract.

Warning
Per the wiki: opening the pier door starts a 3-minute global timer for ALL players to reach the ZUBR; the extraction becomes unavailable after that regardless of remaining raid time.
Tip
Three wiki objectives in execution order:
- Locate the way into the fuel depot — get through the metal gate (SZ-1, Elite Strength solo, or co-op push).
- Locate the exit leading to the pier — choose green / blue / purple route to the pier door.
- Escape from Tarkov — open the pier door, fight BD on the pier, reach the ZUBR boat before the 3-minute timer expires.
