ULTRA flare + 15 kills (one Interchange raid)
Fire a yellow flare in front of ULTRA Mall main entrance, then stay in raid until you have 15 kills. Extracting early resets BOTH objectives.

Don't extract until the kill counter hits 15. Leaving early resets the flare AND the 15-kill objective — you'll need a fresh RSP-30 to retry.
Stand in front of ULTRA Mall main entrance (north side of Interchange) and fire the flare straight up. The RSP-30 handheld fires on its own; the ZiD SP-81 signal pistol needs a 26x75mm yellow cartridge chambered first. The flare summons a wave of NPCs to ULTRA — Scavs and Raiders push your position, which is the point: they pad the kill count toward 15. Hold a defensible angle on the mall concourse or the parking ramps and let waves stack. All targets count — Scavs, PMCs, Raiders, bosses. Bring a kit you can sustain a long fight with: Class 4+ armor, 60+ rounds of penetrating ammo, ideally a backup mag. Killa can aggro to the noise but isn't summoned by the flare itself.
