Unlock Armored case — jammer + Workbench L1
Mechanic dialogue, then Lab run for the jammer, then craft unlock.

Workbench unlock craft takes 55 hours of UNINTERRUPTED power. A blackout fails the craft and consumes the jammer. Build Solar Power or stockpile fuel BEFORE you start.
Mechanic tells you the case has a high-grade electronic lock that needs an Experimental signal jammer from The Lab. The jammer rotates between three rooms — sweep glass lab middle desks first (left side as you enter), then R21 recreational "Cat" round table near the red keycard room, then R16 lecture hall conference room desk. One full loop usually finds it. Each Lab raid burns a TerraGroup Labs access keycard, so stockpile a few before you go.
Bring kit appropriate for Lab Raiders — armor-piercing ammo, decent helmet, painkillers. Once the jammer is stashed, run the Armored case unlock craft at Workbench L1. After unpacking you get Kruglov's RFID keycard and an RFID card manual — read the manual in the Handbook to advance.
