BTR questline — trigger Discombobulate
After Protect the Sky, the BTR questline continues with Discombobulate — ride the BTR on Woods or Customs to unlock it.

Discombobulate is a BTR Driver quest that unlocks after you've ridden the BTR a few times on Woods or Customs. The BTR route is the armored vehicle that patrols a fixed loop on those maps — you flag it, pay the fare in roubles, and ride to the next stop. After enough taxi rides, BTR Driver opens Discombobulate in his quest list.
The quest itself is straightforward — finish it through normal trader pickup. This is the gateway quest: completing Discombobulate is what makes BTR Driver offer The Price of Independence, which is the actual quest you need for Savior.
