Fence's assignments done, standing above 4.0, BTR Driver clear, PvE kills logged — and Fence finally mails you the Flash drive with Mr. Kerman's hash codes. This unlocks the final keycard craft at Intelligence Center L1: Reprogrammed RFID keycard with Mr. Kerman's hash codes. This is the keycard you ride out on.
The craft can take up to 9 hours of uninterrupted hideout power depending on Crafting skill. Solar Power must be built before the craft option appears. You can craft this keycard multiple times, so making a backup is cheap insurance — only one will be consumed at Terminal. Park the spare in your stash.
